Results from Prof. Echavarren's group, highlighted in Nature Chemistry
A paper coauthored by Prof. Antonio M. Echavarren, recently published in
Angewandte Chemie International Edition, has been highlighted in the last issue of
Nature Chemistry.
The original article shows the group results in performing the total synthesis of englerine A (a potent inhibitor against renal cancer cells) from readily available precursors and using a cationic gold(I)-complex as catalyst.
