The Law 31/1995 on the Workplace Hazard Prevention and Royal Decree 171/2004 for the Business Activities Coordination require all companies to take preventive action and establish necessary coordination means between firms that operate in the same center work. Failure to do so is a serious offense under the Offences and Penalties Act of Social Order.
For this reason, to work at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ), it is essential to comply with the obligations of prevention.
To comply with the regulations mentioned above ICIQ has developed a procedure that must complied by all external ompanies having a contract or want to carry a service at ICIQ .
